    3. Dear Erath fans, Wonders never cease! Mr grandfather, John P. Kay, died about 1937, and last month my cousins and I were informed he held mineral rights on little pieces of land in Erath County. A company wants to drill, so we all signed before a notary as to our identity and now have an extra $100 bucks with dreams of more should anything spurt up! Granddad Kay was broke when he died. He had several farms/ranches around Seldon at one time, but Granny always said he was a master at making bad deals. Wouldn't he be happy? ----- Original Message ----- From: "emrog" <emrog@htcomp.net> To: <TXERATH-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Wednesday, February 02, 2005 11:53 AM Subject: [ERATH] Old Erath >I talked to Todd,,,,,,he is not happy with the way the book is bound,,,,,,, > > I saw it and thought it was ok,,,,,,,,,,lol > > But Todd being the perfectionist,,,,,,,,,,is doing the binding > over,,,,,,,,,therefore there will > be a slight delay. > > Eva > > > > ==== TXERATH Mailing List ==== > --- Author Retains Copyright --- > -- Copyright 2005 Author -- All Rights Reserved > Post to List: TXERATH-L@rootsweb.com http://www.selfroots.com > Unsubscribe request To: TXERATH-L-request@rootsweb.com > ARCHIVES: http://searches2.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/listsearch.pl > > >
