I lost out of some of the thread of 1896 Map. Is this just a map of Erath County, or for Texas at that time? I ordered an entire set of maps of Texas there are 6 maps in that set. But they are for Texas as it was then, there is 1844. 1837, 1846,1718, 1818, 1785. I ordered them from Texas Highways (The Texas Travel Book) and I think I paid about 20.00 for the set, it has been too long ago. These are large maps, and feel like they have been laminated. They have taken a lot of use. and I still have the tube that they came in. At one time , you could go to any DOT office and get a County map for nothing, I don't know about now. Peggy in Texas
