I am glad this topic came up, because I have always been curious as to how that works. My great grandmother Lula Melvina Sechrist was born in 1900 Erath Co Texas. We believe Dublin. There are Sechrist still in Stephensville I believe but none I could find in the link given. I dont think they came to Texas until 1876 or so from MO. A wagon train of 21 led by Andrew Sechrist. Take care all and thanks for the great topics and info.
