    3. No, those names are not familiar to me, but there are so many Thorntons that there are lots of them I don't know!! LOL I'm not sure when my grandmother's family left Stephenville, but I know they went to Lamb County (Littlefield) and set up shop there. My great grandparents owned the Thorton Cafe there.
