She married Benjamin Ellis on 27 July 1821. Benjamin was the son of Jeremiah Ellis and Dicey Wilson. Since Solomon's 2nd marriage was 20 Jan 1823, it is not possible that Nancy was a child of Mary. She had to be born abt 1799-1800 which would fit with Solomon's 1830 census. This would make her a sister of Hannah and not half-sister. They married different Ellis men.
