I would imagine that the Sims Library in Waxahachie will be open Friday and Saturday. It is closed on Monday. I don't know about the museums. The records building in downtown Waxahachie should be open on Friday. This is where the birth, deaths, and land deeds are stored. Of course, it will only be open Friday.
