Jeanetta BALLARD was born in Ellis County in March of 1866. I have never been able to connect her to any parents, and most of the information I have is from census records. She was living in 1900 on the Ellis County census, but had died by the 1910 census. She was married to Thomas Dee SHIPLEY, who also had family in the area. I would appreciate any information at all on the BALLARD and SHIPLEY families in Ellis County.
