Dear List Members, We are entering into the last 24 hours of our Roll Call. Remember, at 8:00 pm, Mountain Standard time, Sunday, April 21, it is over. Please respect this time and DO NOT put Roll Call in the subject line after it. I will send out an announcement when the time comes, so you will know. I appreciate how each of you shared your information and surnames and I especially appreciate how smoothly this Roll Call went. If you missed all the fun you can review the message by going to http://archiver.rootsweb.com/ type in the list name and go to April. For those of you with very sore delete fingers, I know how you feel. Thinking of putting mine in a sling for a while. ;) Kathleen Burnett List Mom
Dear List Members, First I want to thank all of you who hate Roll Calls for the manner in which you have handled yourself during the past few days. I am sure your delete fingers are getting a work out, I know mine is with over 50 lists having a Roll Call this weekend. For those of you who just need a break due to your mail boxes filling up remember, you unsubscribe from the list the same way your subscribed to it. I am behind on helping members unsubscribe and most likely I will not get to you till the Roll Call is over. Just a reminder for those who have yet to post their Roll Call information. Please change the subject line to give a hit of what is in your messages. If you just hit return to post your message, PLEASE do not forget to delete the old message and taglines from the earlier posting. If you are on a county list, give us a time period for your surnames...if you are on a State list you need to also add counties. This Roll Call will be over at 8:00 pm Mountain Standard time on Sunday, April 21st. If you have not posted by that time. It is to late. I thank each of you for your support of our members who love Roll Calls and your support of our list. Kathleen Burnett List Mom

Seeking more on Davenport, Johnson, Bedford, Salmon families in Eastland, Coryell counties and Whitesides in Hood, Erath and Eastland counties.
I am researching WHITE HENLEY and CARTER families that came to Gorman, TX from DeSoto County in the early 1900's. John and Mary White CARTER are buried in the Gorman Cemetery. I would love to hear from their descendants. Henry and Elizabeth Ellen WHite HENLEY settled in the Kokomo area and lived there until about 1920 with their children, Julius, Horace, Birdie, Floy, Luther. James Wesley and Eula Henley WHITE lived in the Eastland area. Annie White HUTCHERSON and her two children Stanley and Wilma lived with the Henleys in Kokomo for a while. 4-18-02 10:35 PM MT I have a question: Do we post to each mailing list?
Dear List Members, the Roll Call is going great. Just keep remembering to post Roll Call in the Subject line and add a hint of what your posting is about. This is the best way to assure that your posting will be read. Don't forget the dates and if you are on a State list, don't forget the counties. Also, if you just click on Reply, don't forget to delete the message from the last person along with the tag lines. I appreciate each of you and how smoothly our Roll Call is going.
