I have checied with numerous counties and recently discovered they may have been married in Dention, County, TX. According to best calculations they were probably married in late 1920 or 1921. My uncle was born in Pilot Point, Denton, County 1921. All I need is the date of the marriage if they were married there so I can send for a certified copy of the record. My grandparents are James Alvin Tichenor born KY 1888 and Rosa Iva Fletcher b. 1900 Rockwall,TX. Funny, I have records for so many of my ancestors and relatives but somehow I let the marriage record slip I guess I just got busy and didn't realize I didn't have one.
