Ralph Liles officiating. Burial was in Frankford Cemetery in Dallas. Mr. Cook died July 1. He was born March 31, 1911 in Erath County, Tex. He was a retired carpenter. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Hazel Cook of Lewisville; one daughter, Pauline Webb of Lewisville; five grandchildren; two brothers, Fred Cook and Truman Cook, both of Lewisville; two sisters, Mrs. Lillian Gallop of Addison and Mrs. Ilar Haynes of Plano.
