Services were held July 12 at the First Baptist Church of Medina. She was born September 2, 1879 in Cedar Bayou and married Fred Watrous on December 6, 1905 in Victoria. She was preceded in death by her husband. Survivors include one son, Fred Watrous of Buchanan Dam, daughters Mrs. Dorothy Keese of Medina and Mrs. Martha Freeman of Dallas; 14 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
