Some Holmeses lived in Denton Co, TX, I think---just don't know who. Also, a Beatrice (Bess) Holmes married Tom Dean. Their daughter married a Crutchfield. We don't know where Beatrice and Tom met. She was in Wise Co, TX as a young girl late 1800's, before they moved to Indian Territory (OK). Perhaps the Holmes, Dean, and Crutchfield families knew each other in Texas????? guesses...guesses It's what keeps me digging! Thanks for your time.
