I did not have either one. Philip's brother Judge Frederick A. Daugherty died in April 2006 in Ok City. I tried to copy obituary but the Okahoman wants you to pay for a subscription to their paper. I tried to find an obit for their parents Charles and Alberta but again to search I have to pay. C. C. was the father of Charles. So I thank you for your help.
