Mary and William married in Ozark County Missouri, and migrated to Denton County with Mary's parents, John and Rhoda Young, as well as several of Mary's siblings. The family settled on Clear Creek, north of Denton and South of Sanger, near a small community called Gribble Springs. One of Mary's siblings was Josiah Young, who came to Denton too. His son was John Hampton Young (there are actually two in the family). John had a son, John Arthur Young, who moved to Quay County, NM between 1900 and 1910.

Is it possible to get a higher resolution copy of the picture of Rupert Davis? I need it for a web page, and print photo and the scan is too blurry for the purpose. If you cannot do this, no problem, as I am already grateful for your help and will try to get it from the Dallas Library. Thank you very much for all of your help.
