    1. Re: UNSOLVED MURDER
    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Surnames: Anderson, Little, Neely, Weatherford Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/ZkB.2ACI/3014.1.1.1 Message Board Post: No, I did not find Ella ever with the Neely's that I can think of right now because in 1870 she was not born yet and I didn't find her brother in the 1870 census either. He would have been born that year in Feb. I don't know if the Anderson's were living in that same place when the kids were born. My Ellla thinks that they came to America from Sweden or somewhere else when she was little but she does not remember it. Her brother, Mac Anderson said that he remembered being on a big ship and getting sea sick but later on his family never heard him say that and he always just said he was born in Texas. I think that the Weatherfords knew what happened to the kids parents and I think that later on, Mac may have found out and was so ashamed of it that he didn't want to have it known but then he may have just given up and maybe he didn't really know either. I know that Ella didn't know what happened to her parents. Ella wasn't with the Neely's on the 1880 census but she would have ! been with them in 1890 but of course there is not 1890 census now. I would have loved to have seen what was said on that one about where she was born, etc. Then she married her husband, Judge Carson Little in 1893 so from the 1900 census on, she was already married and there are no clues as to who her parents may have been. Her death certificate says that her parents were unknown and that she was born in Sweden. Her husband is the one who gave the information on it. All of her kids believed that she was full blood Swedish but I do not know that for sure at all. I've been looking for answers to this mystery for about 30 years now. I just keep on trying to find out more things as I think of somewhere else to look and the DNA seemed like a good way to maybe find some answers. Thanks for your interest, Jane
