Hi all, I am new on the list. Have been seeing that several people have requested OBITUARIES, and wonder if it possible that I would be able to obtain one. This one is for LouisLewis H. Liefert who lived in Dallas for over 40 years and operated a Grocery Store in the area that was once Oak Cliff. He died in Dallas 30 September 1943. He was my Uncle. Thanks in advance, Mary
Mary, I am not able to get the obit for you, but want you to know that Oak Cliff is still a vivacious area of Dallas. Some areas are still very majectic, such as the Kessler Park area; others are very run down and dilapidated. The land area is the prettiest area of Dallas.
