Huggins. You didn't put in a time frame, so this is a real long shot, but this may be the half-brother to my husband's grandfather, Irick Clay Chandler. Chandler had one half-brother that we know of who lived in the Dallas area as recently as the 1930's.His name was William Huggins. Irick and his wife, Cynthia Ann lived in Waco in 1890. If you can give me some dates, maybe we can put something together. Do you know anything at all re: Wm. Huggins, place of birth and date, parents names, etc? I'm anxious to hear from you.
