Jackie, go to the home.pacbell.net site of Prof.Morse (do a Google.com search on Enumeration Districts - it wil come up first). Select Texas, Dallas, and Ross in the appropriate boxes. Several EDs containing Ross will pop up. Enter the street number on the current maps box and examine the map that comes up. You will see that Elm is roughly bound by major streets Elm and Lamar, among others. Then look at the descriptions of the EDs that you were given in the earlier step. Unless things have changed drastically since 1930, your ED for 684 Ross is probably the first one, 57-4. Good luck! (By the way, there is no Ross St. shown, only Ross Ave.) Jackie Morgan wrote: Am trying to find out what streets 684 Ross St. would be between. I am trying to find Albert B. Morris on the 1900 census. Thanks for ANY help.
