Surnames: Hamby, Smith Classification: Death Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/ZkB.2ACI/3010 Message Board Post: My mother's uncle was JOSEPH LEE HAMBY and he was listed in the Dallas Morning News obituaries as having been a member of the Highland Park Masonic Lodge. He passed away 27 OCt 1967 in Dallas, TX but he had the Masonic Funeral. I don't want to break any Masonic rules of confidentiality or anything but all I wanted to know is where he is buried and whether or not his parents and other relatives might have been listed in his Lodge membership paperwork. I can not find ANYONE who is related to this family and I would like to find some information on him to help in the family research. His wife was Martha Elizabeth Smith who was the daughter of John Smith and Martha Ann Grayson from Missouri. Joseph's place of birth in Missouri was listed as Clinton, MO but we cannot find such a place in the entire state. Any assistance here would certainly be appreciated.
