I am looking to the Hamby family that married into the Smith family in Dallas Co. and I think they owned a steakhouse called the Hoffbrau in Ft. Worth and one in Austin ( the last surviving Hamby there died a few years back and it was sold to their Black chef in charge there) and there is one in Pflugerville, TX too. They make the world's BEST steaks!
