When I submitted my request for Mrs. I.C. Terrell's death certificate, I included the Transportation of Corpse document that showed she died in 27 Feb 1907 Dallas, TX at the address 115 Maple Ave. A Dr. J. H. Terrell signed the physician's certificate. But the state didn't have a death certificate. See below. Would the county have a copy?
