Hi Rose, TX Birth Records (1926-1997) didn't have a Jimmy Don STROUP born in Texas. The records have 571 STROUPs born in TX. (35 were born in Dallas County.) None were named Jimmy. And only 2 were named Don: Jeffery Don STROUP was born in Dallas County in 1967. Jeremy Don STROUP was born in Reeves County in 1985. James G. STROUP and Jessye PERKINS had a daughter named Joan Harriet STROUP born in Gray County in 1932. There's no other mention of a James G. STROUP in the records. TX Death Records (1964-1998) do not have a James G. STROUP.
