Collins adn a Ms. Clyde McCloskey. (They are my great-grandparents) My grandfather was raised in the Hopkins Co. area. There is a file in Austin TX. but they told me to check at the County level to see if there is a copy of the license there. I am checking with Hopkins county and all the surrounding Counties.
