Seay, Former Resident of Dallas, Succumbs Staff Special to The News CORSICANA, Texas, July 12. -- Funeral services will be held at 4 p. m. Sunday at Corley’s Funeral Chapel for Mrs. Willie M. Seay, 75, who died Saturday morning of a heart ailment in a hospital here. Mrs. Seay was a resident of Dallas for twenty- five years. She had her home in Dallas at 434 Centre. She had been visiting her sister, Mrs. M. S. Jackson, in Angus, when she became ill. The Rev. Ben Welch, will officiate at the services. Burial will be in Love Cemetery, Angus. Mrs. Seay was born in Angus in 1876. Before moving to Dallas, she was for twenty years, employed as a telephone operator at the Hotel Texas in Fort Worth. She is survived by a son, Tom Slater Seay, and a grandson of Dallas; a brother, Johnny Hayes of Fort Worth, and three sisters, Mrs. Mamie Jackson of Kilgore, Mrs. G. H. Brickell of Texarkana, and Mrs. M. S. Jackson, of Angus.
