Suggest you find the sites for the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, the Dallas Morning News and whatever the Denton newspaper might be called. I did not find a Rufus Savage, Texas, on the SSDI; however there are 597 Savages there, so maybe you need to search it for whatever his other given name was. ..........Fred
