>from this list. Last week I asked for everyone whose names started with A, >B, C, or D to tell us what they wanted from a Coryell County list. ... OK! I'm researching the Beaty family and related lines. David Beaty (1789 - 1870) & Jean (Jane) Crockett had these children: .... 2 John Crockett Beaty b: January 02, 1812 .... +Elizabeth .... 2 Lucinda (Sinday) Beaty b: May 07, 1815 in TN d: August 27, 1876 in Coryell Co. Texas .... +William Beaty b: 1805 in KY d: November 25, 1856 m: 1833 in Saline Co. Missouri .... 2 Joseph Wood Beaty b: January 06, 1818 I have many of their descendants in my data, who lived in the Coryell Co. area for many years. My grandmother, Nora Eva Beaty was born in Mound, TX. Some of the related lines in Texas are: Selwood, Brown, Draper, Lamb, Pruett, and Crabtree. This family's origins are in Scotland, migrated to America in the 1750's, settled in PA, then Fentress and Overton Co's. in TN, then migrated through MO to TX. I have many other branches of the Beaty line in these other areas, I'd love to exchange information with any one who is also researching any of these names....
