Delphia was apparently the d/o Richard HILL and Sarah FANNING,d/o Middleton FANNING. pg.59 mentions Julia Ann, wife of R.L. COOK.Julia d/o R. HILL(s/o Richard) and Lucy Ann d/o Henry WAGONER. No GARRARD/GERARD in the index of this Vol. Vol IV, pg 29/30 mentions Thomas GERARD, who was on the Grand Jury list 1 Jan 1854 or 56. He served on the 1st petit jury when 1st court opened session at the courthouse in Gatesville 16 June 1856.
