    3. Dear List Members, There is a new Web site with the story of the Old San Antonio Road Markers. The 123 granite markers that were put in place in 1918 every 5 miles across the state by the Daughters of the American Revolution and the State of Texas. It has a little history of the Road but a lot of info about the markers as well as a catalog showing the pictures and locations. There are two pages of text as well as the catalog of the markers listed by county.
