The Genealogical Society put one out in the 80's, we have just reprinted and sold out again. This is a new one that the Museum is getting together and yes they can be ordered from Mrs. Swift at that number for the pre-publication price. Sorry if this hasn't been mentioned in a while, it has been going on a good while.
