I have just found that my 2nd great-grandfather, Dr. Daniel Monroe Ayres (listed as D.M. Ayres) complied a book with a Thornhill while residing in Coryell County, Texas in 1894. I would appreciate it if anyone on the list knows how I can find a copy? I know it was printed by Bryan Eagle Print in Bryan, Brazos or Wise County,Texas and part of the name is "Desires of the People Suffering Humanity May Rejoice" (the last couple of words may be incorrect). Someone has suggested contacting the Librarian of Congress, but I am not sure how to go about that, either. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
