What does anyone know about the Smith and Tanner families of Coryell County. I am descended from Martha Matilda SMITH and George Washington TANNER. One of their daughters is Rosa Lee TANNER, who married Adolphus Franklin SMITH. I believe that G. W. TANNER built a stone house in the county that has been restored.
