    1. John McCoy Key
    2. E. Ann Shettles
    3. I am looking for information on John McCoy Key. He was a physician and lived in Coryell County at the time of the 1880 Census. I believe he lived there from the late 1860's or early 1870's until he died in 1890 at the age of 70. He had a daughter Molla (or Molly Key) who married Duffie Watson Gambrell. The Gambrells had several children, one of which was my great grandmother May Anna Gambrell Ekrut (or Anna May). I know John McCoy had several children and to my understanding was married more than once. Molla Key's mother Mathilda Adaline Armstrong died when her daughter was very young. I would be interested in any information you have on any of these people. E. 3. Need information on possible marriage of Wm Hellums to Malinda Jane Corder about 1873-77. She was first married to W.G. (sometimes called John) White and was in Wood County in the 1860 Census. Later reports have her in Coryell. If anyone has marriage books would appreciate a look up for the above surnames. Thanks.

I have my gg grand fathers wife's Confederate Widows Pension application and it mentions that he served with a Lt. J H Chrisman from Coryell Co. I found in another reference that Chrisman read a Paper for the Old Settlers Reunion. I would like to know if anyone has a copy of that Paper and how one might obtain a copy.
