William R. Phillips and Iris Summy (dau of James and Nora Summy and b. in Dexter) were married in Whitesboro and had a dau Phyllis. William died in 1935 in Denison. Iris and Phyllis lived in Edinburg, Hidalgo Co. for several years and then moved to Temple, Bell Co., where Iris died Nov 1985 and Phyllis died Jan 1986. Did anyone know Iris and/or Phyllis? Phyllis's father and my great- grandfather were brothers, and she had been researching our Phillips family since about 1960.
