I am looking for James Boles or Bowles that lived in and around Cooke co and ST Joe. I found him on the 1880 census and 1900 cooke co TX. He was married to a Isabella F. and had my grandfather George A Boles who was 1 year old on the 1880 census. George A Bowles married Nannie (Nancy) Harrison around 1898 . Her father was a Church of Christ minister whose name was Francis Harrison. George Bowles was shot and killed in Marshall co, OK, where they were living at the time. He was killed in or around 1912.
