I looked in Cooke County Records at the court house and found the following: William Gibson married Annie Armstrong, Marriage Book 3, page 151, on 12/15/1878, marriage performed by Elder J. B. Anglen Charlotte Gibson married A. B. Ferguson , Book 3, page 393, on 9/22/1880, marriage performed by J. D. Hosenbach, MG I did find 3 other Gibson marriages in the same time frame. Don't know if connected, but here they are: J. C. Gibson to Alice Gray Williams, Book 3, page 425, on 11/17/1880, by Shureen Altum, MG Janes L. L. Gibson to Mollie Crow, Book 3, page 580, on 11/3/1881, by W. H. Wyatt, JP Sarah E. Gibson to Andrew W. Parker, Book 3, page 463, on 12/30/1880, by by John B. Smith, MG. No other info found on this visit to the courthouse.
