Hello all, I am a new member of the list, and I am delighted that Nancy will be helping with the list. By way of introduction, my Comanche family is that of William Booth (born MS) and wife Frances Northcutt Thomas (born SC), who married in 1881 in Parker County. They moved immediately to a newly purchased farm near DeLeon. Frances Northcutt's first husband was Henry Thomas (born SC), whom she married a little before 1870. They had five boys. She and William Booth had three children, William Homer, Jesse, and Ola. William Homer Booth and Jesse Booth married sisters, Velmer and Georgia Bowman, respectively. I spent many hours of my childhood on that farm near DeLeon, and many of my family are buried in the Downing Cemetery. I live in Houston and am an attorney, inactive. Marilyn Symonds
