Hi, My name is Ayla and I'm looking for more info on my ancestor, Rev. William "Choctaw Bill" Robinson. He was born in N. Carolina 11 Jan. 1809 and lived in Erath and Rusk Co., Tx. He died 22 Feb. 1898 and is buried in the Baggett Creek Cemetery in Comanche Co. He was a Baptist preacher. I am also trying to find out more about his parents,said to be Rebecca Bishop and Wallace Robinson. Im wondering if Rebecca is his real mother. Any info on his family would be greatly appreciated. He was the brother of my gggrandmother, Brittania Robinson Matthews. Thanks, Ayla
