She was a midwife in 1833 to my 3x grandmother in Lavaca Co, but Eliza lived in Colo Co. She was either the dau/o John H Dabney or related somehow. He had a League of land in the Austin Colony days. I found several Dabney's in Colo Co listings, several of whom married into the Dancy family. Several Dabney and Dancy's are buried in the Williams Cem. Any leads would be helpful, thank you.
