I am told that these ancestors were born in the city of Hannover in the state of Hanover.  I found the names of Friedrich, Ernst, Heinrich (I believe his may be Friedrich's father) and Henry which I believe is Friedrich's son) in the 1870 Texas Census in Colorado County living in parts of Berardino Prairie and I believe one other place (I just found this out today and a big coincidence).  Please see http://members.aol.com/greentek/meyer.html.
