John Konesheck sent me the last of the extractions from Columbus Odd Fellows Rest Cemetery today and they have been formatted and placed online. Now all of the cemetery records on the Nesbitt Memorial Library site have been extracted and are available by cemetery on the Colorado County TXGenWeb site http://www.rootsweb.com/~txcolora/ If you want to view them in alphabetical order go to the library site http://www.columbustexas.net/library/cemetery.html We have already discovered some missing burials while viewing by cemetery. If you find any additions and/or corrections, please notify me at <albrecht@fais.net>. If you have any obituaries to add to our collection, please email them to me at the same address. Thanks to our many volunteers, our collection has grown to just under 400, but we have a long way to go. Be sure to include the name of the newspaper and the date line, if possible, with any submission. You will be given credit for any obituaries which you submit.
