Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/XhB.2ACE/661.1.2.1.1 Message Board Post: The obituary for my Mary Lutringer follows: Bellville, TX, Times Obituary dated 7/10/1941 shows she died at 4AM at her home after a two year illness at age 82; she was born Mary LUTRINGER in Alsace-Lorraine, France, on 11/21/1858; at age 12 she came to America with her parents, settling near Ellinger in Colorado County; she married J. A. PESCHKE 11/22/1881 and moved to Bellville in 1904; he died 3/30/1914 after which she lived with Mr. & Mrs. O. T. WOLNITZEK; burial 7/11/1941 in Oak Knoll Cemetery; survivors: daughters, Miss Mary PESCHKE, Mrs. O. T. WOLNITZEK and Mrs. Annie BUSHON of Dallas and sons, Joe A. and Edward J. S. PESCHKE of Bellville, 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; all businesses in Bellville were closed during the funeral. Joseph Peschke's first wife was Juditta Friedrich; she is my ancestor so I know little of Mary Lutringer.
