Also, I have tons of early 1900 pictures and unfortunately most of them my immediate family has no idea who they are. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

Johann arrived at Galveston Dec 6, 1849 on ship Franziska. Heline is not listed on Ship Log of Franziska, but they married on Dec. 10, 1849 (in Galveston according to some sources). They had one son (never married?) and two daughters - one married a PAASCH and the other married B. Gustav RUHMANN. Both Johann and Heline were from Olden- burg Duchy. They lived at Frelsburg and are buried there. On the Ship List there is a Gerhard and Sina MUELLER from Oldenburg listed right above Johann - could this be a brother to Heline?

Jones who resided in Eagle Lake (Colorado Co.), Texas, in 1930. In that year she made an inquiry into the pension file of John Epps, a Revolutionary War soldier from NC & VA; trying to figure out what branch of the Epps line, if any, she was connected to. Thanks!
