In the late afternoon I went to Columbus, at the Nesbitt Library there is a book of Austin County burials--I found nothing there either.     3. Has anyone heard of a town called Bonus Texas, probably near Oakland TX in Colorado County? Spencer M Clements was born in 1891 , according to his 1971obit, in Bonus TX.
