Hi, all. There is an old cemetery in Collin County named Noble Cemetery. It is located in the countryside northwest of McKinney. It is small, is located in some trees in a cornfield, and hasn't been cared for until lately when it seems someone has been doing some clearing and erecting new headstones. I am happy to see that. My question is this: The land the cemetery is on seems to have been sold and is being developed. Does anyone know what steps are being taken to protect the cemetery, and what the new landowner is required by law to do to protect the cemetery? Thanks, S. M.
