I'm looking for the HOWELL and SKAGGS families. They came from Hardin and LaRue counties in KY in the mid 1880s (I think!). Rebecca Skaggs Howell may have remarried. Rebecca's grown sons, Victor Howell and James L. Howell, are both on the 1900 Collin Co census, but can't find any of the others. Have been told they may have lived in Farmersville.
