The grave was marked with a wooden marker, which has deteriorated. 2. The stone was one of the thin stones or even a thick one which fell over and is now covered with soil. Have you checked to determine if any one has ever published a list of the burials in the cemetery? I found some of my relatives were listed in a publication by one of the local genealogical organizations, but visited the cemetery and did not locate the graves. I returned to the library copied the page containing the information for their graves, then returned to the cemetery with the copy and located the graves near my relatives and then found the back of their stone, which was lying face down and almost covered with soil. Good Luck with your search. Contact the Collin County Genealogy organization, and the genealogy department of the library. They have been very helpful to me.
