I am looking for info on Lewis Madison MEADOWS b. 1847 KY? He died in Collin Co. TX on August 28, 1928. He was buried at Little Elm Cemetery in Frisco. I sent for a death record from vital stat. but they have no death record for him. Does anyone have access to county death index? Thanks, Mike
