Can anyone tell me what information a Texas death certificate from 1914 might include? Would there be spaces asking for parents if the deceased was an adult? I don't want to go to the expense of ordering a death cert only to learn that the parents' names weren't even required. I do know that the space if it exists might be left empty! The 'great' state of Pennsylvania didn't ask for the parents' names on marriage licenses well into the 20th century, nor on a death certificate except in the case of a child.
