This may not be the same Dovie Hill but I have a Dove Esther Hill, called Dovie, born 17 Jan 1880 in Decatur County, TN and died 4 Sep 1966 in Marysville, CA. She was the daughter of James Washington Hill and Aura Almeda Riggs. Her older brother, Elbert Roswell Hill married in Collin County also so I feel this is the right Dovie. I found her in 1900 in Greer County, OK, living with her parents. She was called Dovie Hill and listed as married, mother of 1 child and no child living. I always wondered what happened to Mr. Morris. I have more on Dovie if you think this is the right perseon.
