Rhoda Ivey b. 1828 - 1830 GA Father born in NC (according to census records)later moving to tx. Mother born in GA (according to census records)later moving to tx. Joseph Ivey is found living in Washington County GA up until 1870 after which he probably died or moved. He married twice: (1) Jane (2)Mary. Joseph Ivey had 4 known children: 1 Silas Ivey b. 1856 - lived in Henry Co. Alabama. 2 Ruth Ivey b. 1861 3 Robert Ivey b. 1864 4 John Ivey b. 1865 Magnolia Ivey b. 1869/70 Edyan Ivey married in Owen Vining possibly in Washington County GA abt. 1844. Rhoda Ivey shows up single living with Edyan and Owen in 1870 census . . prior to that time where was she ? Weere these Iveys connected with the Iveys of Collin County?
